Greek Festival 2011
Hit the Minneapolis Greek Festival again this weekend. The crowd was about 3 times larger than it was 2 years ago, so it did tip off my claustrophobia a bit, but it was still a good time. The view from the outdoor patio never ceases to amaze me.
On the humorous side, see the sign below to note what was already sold out by the time I got there. I didn't even know that Hot Dogs were a staple on a Greek food menu. LOL!

A Quiet Morning
Would you be shocked to discover that this relaxing setting is in an alley in Minneapolis right near the Basillica of St. Mary? It's right behind Joe's Garage/Nick & Eddies restaurants, with strings of lights overhead at night, and a calm get-away setting during the day. The prices are low, but the ambiance is high. I very much suggest you search out this location. It's a favorite of mine.
